December 19, 2008: Regional paperwork due: Please submit regional entry forms ASAP following school fair to allow for time to make corrections to incomplete paperwork submitted. Send paperwork to Shirley Morrison, Lee County Public Education Center, 2855 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33966

January 16, 2009: Regional Scientific Review Committee (SRC) at Florida Gulf Coast University, Whitaker Hall: Paperwork reviewed for adherence to science fair rules and regulations

January 30, 2009: Regional Science & Engineering Fair Set-Up, Harborside Convention Center, Fort Myers

January 31, 2009: Regional Science & Engineering Fair Judging and Public Viewing of Projects, Harborside Convention Center, Fort Myers

February 4, 2009: Science & Engineering Fair Awards Ceremony, FGCU Alico Arena

April 15-17, 2009: State Science & Engineering Fair, Lakeland, Florida

May 10-16, 2009: Intel International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Reno, Nevada
